How to Dress When You Have No Time

Sometimes in life, you are so busy, you don’t have time to sit down and relax for even a second. The last thing on your mind is what to wear. Yet, you still have to get up and get dressed every day. Even more importantly is that fact that you are probably exhausted, and you probably look exhausted, too. So, now you have another concern to worry about. However, you can simplify your life and style easily when you have no time.
You are probably thinking the advise will be to wear something comfortable, but most comfort clothes look sloppy and some are baggy, making you look like you’re wearing snow pants, if we’re being honest with ourselves. Instead, throw on a simple dress. Don’t worry about accessories and skip hosiery by going for a full length dress. A dress is a one piece outfit that requires very little work. It is an ideal classy outfit for a woman with no time. If it’s cold, pair it with a button up mohair sweater.
At the same time, you should be wearing something to lighten your mood. Your favorite color always does it. There have even been studies showing that wearing your favorite color and surrounding yourself with it will make you a happier and more productive person. Pair that with a favorite purse or shoes and this will be an outfit that brightens your mood.
There are a few extras that will make you look much better. If you have no time, you may have skimped on your make up routine, but continuing will give you a boost of confidence that can also boost your productivity. If you really feel that you can’t work on your make-up routine right now, you can get the same effect with some fragrance. It will make you feel special if it is something you don’t always do or had let slip during this hectic time.

One time a friend invited me to accompany her to an event with very short notice. I was hesitant to go since I don’t have a dress to wear but she insisted so i said yes. Good thing, I invested in this simple but really elegant black mini dress so I wore it and accessorized with a beautiful pearl necklace.
