Most of us would definitely have been in a situation where you have forgotten either your tooth brush or your binoculars at a camp. So next time when you have planned to go on a camp with your friends, make a checklist of the essential camping equipment you require and pack them correctly so that you do not fall into such situations again.

But if you are a first time camper, you can start as a tent camper. You can carry all your essential camp gear in your vehicle itself. First and the most important item is your tent. It has to be durable and protect you from all kinds of rough weather and insects also. For a comfortable sleep at night you will need a comfortable sleeping bag. It should have some padding so that it will be soft against the hard ground.
