A UK wedding can be a very expensive affair and the cost of a luxurious honeymoon on top is sometimes the straw that broke the camels back. Getting married though doesn’t have to be very expensive, you just need to do your research and not mention the ‘W’ word when you are phoning round places trying to get some prices together. For some reason whenever you mention the ‘Wedding’ word prices seem to double so try not to mention it.

Staying in the UK automatically eliminates the costs of flights and passports (if you don’t already have them) and so you are on to a winner straight away in the money saving game.
